We offer a variety of payment methods for buyer's convenience. Payment methods include's but are limited to; Paypal, Google Wallet, Apple Pay, Bit-coin, E-Check, Direct Bank Deposit and U.S. Postal Money Orders. Credit Cards and Debit Cards are accepted and monitored via Paypal or Google Wallet's automated payment system. Purchases are expected to be made within 2 days of completing an order unless arrangements are made with Evirtualz support to receive a basic limit of 7 days. Standard U.S. domestic delivery and handling is included free on all U.S. orders, exclusions include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories abroad unless otherwise stated. Postal Tracking Numbers are included free on all orders that at least have a minimum value of $10.00. Postal Tracking may or may not be included on orders with a value of $9.99 or less unless otherwise stated, be sure to read the products description for more information regarding shipping when available. Basic Shipping Insurance is included on most orders through out the store free of charge, Basic shipping insurance may cover an item's value partially or in full varying upon the weight to value ratio of the product. You must contact Evirtualz in advance to add additional insurance to your package. Shipping insurance is calculated by the USPS, you can visit the united states postal service's website at for more information about weight based postal insurance. Including the exact postal insurance or more to your order is your responsibility and is recommended by both Paypal and USPS in any case of a error during the shipment process. Evirtualz do not assume responsibility for lost, damaged or partially insured items if full shipping insurance is not purchased from us. Shipping cost for International orders vary by region, some items may not be available to all areas, however all international shipping orders will be accompanied with tracking and insurance to any overseas location. Items are shipped out on average within 1-2 working days once payment has been cleared with a maximum process time of 2-4 days during high volumes of orders. Drop-shipped Items may not be shipped in original manufacturer packaging, instead they may be drop-shipped in Eco friendly material with basic insurance and postal tracking included. Emails are sent out shortly after a package is shipped and updated with tracking information if applicable. All items sold on are covered by the following 3 warranties; 10 day Money Back warranty, 30 day Exchange warranty, and 1 year Manufacturers warranty. 1. [10 Day Money Back Warranty] If you are not satisfied with a product because it is in bad condition, contact us to send it back for a full refund within a period of 10 days after its arrival. If a order is in good condition or as described and you still wish to return it you may do so for with a nominal 10% restocking fee applied to the refund. If you return an order after 10 days has passed you are still eligible to receive a refund of in store credit with in 30 days after your orders delivery date. 2. [30 Day Exchange Warranty] If your product is faulty or in an irregular condition you can also send it back to us for an exchange provided it is within 30 days of the original purchase date. As the buyer, you are responsible for paying shipping fees to and from Evirtualz facilities. 3. [1 Year Manufacturers Warranty] If an order is more than 1 month old and gets damaged buyers can still return it within 365 days for a repair at 50% off or for a replacement for 25% off. Orders are repaired or replaced as long as you are the original buyer of the order. You must cover the shipping cost both to and from Evirtualz locations. Our return process is simple and can be completed in three easy steps. Step 1, buyers complete our return request form to begin the return process. Step 2, return the order to our returns locations. Step 3, we inspect the item and complete the order if everything is in good condition. Although we offer a flexible return process on many items, there are some exceptions. Some products because of their nature, can not be repaired or reused, such as: watches, flashlights and phone accessories. For these items returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit only if received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s). To return a order contact customer support to receive a Return Authorization Form (RMA) with instructions on how to process a return. All returns are eligible for a refund when they are returned; with in 10 days of its Delivery, in the same condition as sent, packaged with all materials sent, and passes a functionality test after it arrives which may take up to 2-4 days before a refund is issued, within this time period we perform both a internal and external functionality and condition test on all electronic item's. If it is not an electronic item being returned we will perform only external condition testing.


We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we feel are not made in good faith or violate our terms. By creating an order you are in agreement to pay for your purchase and to acknowledge our terms and conditions. Nonpaying orders are removed from our order list, continued non payments may be denied access to future service. In any case of a refund we reserve right to accept or deny a refund if terms and conditions are not recognized. Items in our possession that have been denied a refund will be returned to the purchaser and shipped to the address on file. We are not responsible for opened, altered, damaged or lost returns on behalf of the USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping performances during transit. Information through out eVirtualz including products, product listings, pages and text may be inaccurate and incorrect in some cases, eVirtualz do not guarantee the condition of every product upon delivery.
