How can I make changes to a order?
You can update your order online by sending the updated information to us via email regarding any changes. Please allow up to 24 hours for an update to take affect, you can have smaller wait times when we are notified in advance.
How do I request a refund?
If you made an purchase online with eVirtualz, contact a customer support representative to receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number and follow the instructions provided by Returns Agent. We accept returns in accordance to our terms and conditions. All returns are eligible for a refund when they; have been returned with in 10 days of its Delivery, have been returned in the same condition as sent, have been returned with all materials sent including packaging, and passes our functionality test. Are there any refund fees?
There are two fees associated with returns. 1. Restocking Fees and 2. Shipping Fees. We charge a shipping fee equal to the price we paid for an item's delivery. This in addition is applied to products offering Free Shipping. For example; When a product that was shipped out free gets returned a fee equal to the amount we paid for its delivery is charged. By requesting to cancel a order, you are canceling any promotional offers affiliated with the product as long as the offer is valid. Additional postage fees may be needed for returning a order. How long does it take to get my order?
Products are shipped through USPS, UPS or FEDEX with processing times ranging between 2-4 business days. Processing time is the time it takes for your order to be professionally inspected and handled for delivery. Average delivery times vary between 5 to 9 business days for US located items. For foreign located items Estimated delivery is between 15-25 business days. Overnight shipping is available on some products at an additional fee upon advanced notice. Estimated delivery times can vary during peak holiday seasons when increased orders are placed. If your order experiences a delay you may be notified by contacting a customer support agent for an order update, In addition you may use your product tracking number to virtually track both the location and the status of its delivery.

All items sold by evirtualz are covered by the following warranties to assure maximum customer fairness. A 10 day money back warranty, A 30 day exchange warranty, and a 1 year manufacturers warranty.
